You guys April so far has been an epic failure goal wise. Remember those goals I put up back in early April? Let’s have a refresher:
1. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
2. Chocolate twice a week.
3. Work out 5 days a week.
4. Go back to 130 lbs again.
Have I done any of those.
But it’s not my fault okay! I have been sick for a week and at first it was a nose and throat thing now it’s crazy coughing. I just can’t win.
And even though I worked 12 straight hours today and have been coughing a lung up and have to be in work at 6:45 tomorrow morning and have to find some sort of talent. I am still going out tonight. Why? Why not?
I have been avoiding alcohol a week and who knows it might help me. At least some cider will! We shall see.
Tomorrow I work another 12 hours and then go to a talent show late at night so another day of not working out. I guess there’s always Sunday? I’m also going to Miami for Cinco de Mayo so I kind of have to go to the gym. So sickness please go away.
