BEDA: Workout Playlist.

Everyone has one. Mine is actually like 200+ songs. Seriously. But here are my favorites:

1. My Chemical Romance – “Teenagers”
2. Madonna – “Hung Up”
3. The Bravery – “Ours”
4. American Hi-Fi – “The Art of Losing”
5. Kanye, Jay-Z, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross and Bon Iver – “Monster”
6. Eminem – “Lose Yourself”
7. Taking Back Sunday – “Make Damn Sure”
8. Britney Spears – “Do Somethin'”
9. Lady Gaga – “Marry the Night”
10. Teddybears – “Cobrastyle”
11. Avril Lavigne – “Girlfriend”
12. Le Tigre – “Deceptacon”

Sure they may not be the best songs and some of them I may not listen to them in any other situation, but they have good quick beats and that’s what I like listening to. Yup.

  1. I tend to resort to 80’s music from my High School days. Not only must it have a good beat. It must be singable.
